Alpine and snowboard training
Skiers, snowboarders and fans of all other winter sports are treated to perfect conditions in Obergurgl. Owing to its central location, Hotel Alpenblume is an ideal place from which to hit the slopes.
The Tyrolean mountains are a true winter sports wonderland. Depending on the snow conditions, you can slalom down the pistes of Ötztal Glacier in Sölden as early as mid-September. It’s for good reason that the Alpine Ski World Cup celebrates its start of the season in this town every year. From mid-November, guests can also race down the slopes in the Obergurgl-Hochgurgl ski area – right at the doorstep of Hotel Alpenblume.
With its long descents down from 3,000 metres above sea level, our region offers ideal training conditions in higher altitudes for sports teams and clubs. Some pistes can be reserved and prepared for group training sessions based on specific requirements. Disabled athletes are also very welcome, of course, and will benefit from optimum training conditions in our ski resorts.
